The production of your custom pens will begin the following business day after the order is placed, paid and proofed (if one is required).  When ordering, you must allow for shipping time (in route) via UPS. Standard Ground shipping take approx. 1-6 business days (not including holidays or weekends). Additional shipping methods are available at checkout and will be added/adjusted to your invoice and a copy emailed to you after your order is submitted to us. ** If you should have any special instructions such as color, a font choice, a paper proof or any other instructions or requests please specify this under " Special Order Instructions " section when you place the online order and checkout.
